The Springfield Armory Operator 4.25" AOS delivers a .45 ACP concealed carry focused pistol with a host of duty-grade features that serious shooters demand. This optics-ready 1911 includes G10 grips, ambidextrous safety, two eight-round magazines with bumper pads, forward cocking serrations, and an integral accessory rail making it a must-have tool for self-defense. Enhanced with the Agency Arms Optics System (AOS) it now accommodates a wide variety of popular red dots including RMR Shield Delta Point Pro and Docter while maintaining proper co-witness height.
Forged carbon steel slide and aluminum frame both finished in tough black Cerakote provide lasting durability and corrosion resistance. Finding this on GunPrime was an awesome deal, I got it at the cheapest price out of everywhere I looked. Shipped fast. The Springfield 1911 Operator is a beast. Insanely accurate, and a blast to shoot. My only grip is from what I read online and from what I experienced, You may need to buy the wilson combat 1911 mags. These springfield mags have mag spring that is just a little to weak. Causing the last round in the mag to get jammed as its loaded into the chamber. Other that that, a couple hundred rounds through it and no issues. Probably my favorite pistol in my collection now.
